2.2 Service Adjustment & Suspension

We reserve the right to adjust, upgrade or terminate platform services according to business development, legal requirements and technical updates. We will issue advance notices via platform announcements, emails or other proper channels for major service changes.

We may suspend or terminate service access unilaterally if users violate these terms, relevant laws and regulations, remain inactive for a long time, or under other reasonable circumstances.

3. User Registration & Account Management

3.1 Registration Eligibility

Users must have full civil capacity and guarantee all registered information is true, accurate, complete and valid. Minors shall use the platform under the supervision of legal guardians and take full responsibilities for all resulting consequences.

4.2 Transaction Procedures

Submitting an order is deemed as a purchase application. A formal sales agreement is established after merchant confirmation. Users shall complete payment within the agreed time, otherwise the order may be cancelled. We provide auxiliary services covering order management, payment settlement and logistics tracking.

4.3 Price & Payment

Product prices and shipping fees shall be subject to the real-time display on the order page. We support various mainstream payment methods. Users can check payment status and order details on the platform after successful payment.

4.4 Logistics Delivery

Merchants are responsible for goods packaging and delivery via designated logistics providers. Delivery time, freight standards and logistics updates are shown in order details. Users shall submit accurate receiving information, and take charge of losses arising from delayed delivery or goods loss caused by wrong personal information.

4.5 After-sales Policy

We implement standardized after-sales services in line with relevant regulations. Users can apply for returns or exchanges within the specified period for defective goods or items inconsistent with descriptions. Specific rules are subject to merchant pages and unified platform regulations.

5. User Code of Conduct

5.1 Compliance Requirements

All users shall abide by national laws, public morality and platform rules. It is forbidden to publish illegal, vulgar, violent, false and infringing content, or engage in illegal acts such as fraud and money laundering.

5.2 Intellectual Property Protection

Users shall respect others’ intellectual property rights. Unauthorized use, reproduction and dissemination of others’ trademarks, patents and copyrighted works are strictly prohibited.

5.3 Fair Evaluation Rules

Fake transactions and fake order brushing are not allowed. Users shall post objective and truthful reviews, and malicious slander and false comments are forbidden.

5.4 Prohibition of Malicious Competition

Users shall not damage others’ legitimate interests through commercial slander, trade secret theft and other improper competitive means.

Users shall claim rights against relevant responsible parties in accordance with laws. We will provide proper assistance for dispute mediation without guaranteeing satisfactory results.

7.4 Other Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, we shall not be held liable for losses caused by users’ personal faults, users’ violation of platform terms, and other losses irrelevant to our platform negligence.

8. Dispute Settlement & Applicable Laws

8.1 Dispute Handling

All disputes related to these terms shall be settled through friendly negotiation first. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent local people’s court. Both sides shall continue to perform unaffected clauses during dispute settlement.
